La Favorite Brut 2 Columns 2021 71.8° - €9.00

Communion between the two Creole columns of the distillery and then during the blending of the two distillates from the 2021 harvest. This alliance is visible even on the label. The artist Lucas Vallerie, a "child of the country," has captured the soul of La Favorite and transcribed it with a stroke of his pencil. After the sugarcane harvest in the fields of La Favorite, this third drawing highlights the first stages of rum production at the distillery.

On the nose, sweet notes of fresh cane fill the glass. On the palate, the lively and delicious attack reveals flavors of citrus and cane sugar that stretch into a long, rich finish with delicate vegetal and floral notes.

The Bel Air cuvée is a single-variety, single-plot rum: this white agricultural rum was produced exclusively from Red Cane grown near the Bel Air River, which runs alongside the Estate.

This 4-hectare plot benefits from ideal sunshine and humidity conditions.

The 2020 vintage of this cuvée had already seduced us, in particular thanks to its exquisite notes of cane and exotic fruits, citrus fruits and flowers.

We find this very rich aromatic profile in the 2021 Vintage, the 4th edition of this cuvée.

The Bel Air cuvée is a parcel-based and single-variety rum: this agricultural white rum has been produced solely from Red Cane grown near the Bel Air River which runs alongside the Estate. 

This 4-hectare plot benefits from ideal sunshine and humidity conditions. 

The 2020 vintage of this cuvée had already seduced us, in particular thanks to its exquisite notes of cane and exotic fruits, citrus fruits and flowers. 

We find this aromatic profile of great richness in the Millésime 2021, 4th edition of this cuvée.

Neisson L'Esprit 70° (served iced) - €11.00

Neisson L'Esprit 70° echoes the brand's iconic reference: the famous brut de colonne L'Esprit de Neisson. After a 66% version, the distillery is returning to the 70% that made its legend.

On the palate, a huge wave of sugarcane invades the palate, coating every corner. It's not us biting the sugarcane; it's the sugarcane that bites and embraces us. The flavors are intense, earthy, and vegetal, with sugarcane that's sometimes ripe and candied, sometimes dry and peppery.

Neisson L’Esprit 70° echoes the brand’s iconic reference: the famous L’Esprit de Neisson column crude. After a 66% version, the distillery returns to the 70% that made its legend. 

In the mouth, it is an immense wave of cane that invades the palate and lines every corner. We are not the ones biting the cane, it is the one biting and hugging us. The flavors are intense, earthy and vegetal, with a cane that is sometimes ripe and candied, sometimes dry and peppery.
