JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of a team, you will participate in the entire production of dishes that can be enjoyed at any time (our establishment is open continuously).
With the Chef and the Sous-Chef, you participate in creations in line with a traditional Creole menu revisited for the pleasure of a demanding local and international clientele
MAIN MISSIONS
You manage 1/2 section chefs or kitchen assistants
You write technical sheets and recipes
REQUIRED PROFILE
You are responsible, inventive, passionate, attentive to detail, with a particular desire to promote local and seasonal products
You have more than one year of experience in a similar position
You have mastered the techniques of French cuisine; knowledge of Creole or Caribbean cuisine is a real plus
You know the HACCP rules and apply them

A permanent or fixed-term contract of 3 months if you wish
A salary according to experience

Within a young and dynamic team and under the responsibility of the director or the room manager, you are the one who will know how to make and create delicious cocktails, in our restaurant bar with an atmospheric atmosphere
MAIN MISSIONS
Set up the bar
Welcome, inform and advise the customer
Prepare and serve drinks, including classic cocktails or creations
Invent new cocktail recipes with and without alcohol
Create technical sheets
Take orders
Serve drinks to customers
Establish and collect bills
Contribute to customer loyalty and development.
REQUIRED PROFILE
You have mastered bar techniques, particularly cocktails.
You are comfortable and responsive in all situations
You are fast, dynamic, warm and autonomous
You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
A good level of English is desirable
