At the helm of the bar, Joyce and her team concoct classic and exotic cocktails with the flavors of Martinique. Fresh fruit, premium alcohol and spirits, crushed ice: they master the art of the cocktail at the tip of their shaker, taking you on a journey, with or without alcohol.

Champagne or wine? You're sure to find what you're looking for in our lounge bar's cellar: France's major regions are represented, along with numerous champagne houses.

You'll also find all the classic digestifs from around the world in our bar: Baileys, Calvados, Get 27, martini, port, cognac, gin, whiskeys, etc. Looking for something original? Try our homemade liqueurs!

For beer lovers, our selection of bottled beers will quench your thirst. We even offer a Caribbean beer: Carib.

Would you prefer to order fruit juice, soda, sparkling water, or coffee? It's possible!

Tapas to accompany your drink in a friendly atmosphere

After a lazy day on the beach, a cocktail hour in our lounge bar is always welcome. Our tapas are all homemade and prepared on-site by our chef and his team.

Salt cod fritters, shrimp sousaky flambéed with aged rum, and a fiery avocado sauce will be the perfect accompaniment to your drink. Enjoy alone... or share!
